At MYVZN, every product is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this production process, we are currently unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly resolve any issues with defective or incorrect items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please email:
Include the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will offer either:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Size Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we currently do not offer size exchanges.
Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after purchase. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
Lost or Stolen Packages
MYVZN is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us for assistance.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
