Where is my order? Every MYVZN piece is made to order. Allow 2–5 business days for production, then 3–7 business days shipping in the US or 7–15 business days internationally. You will receive tracking by email once it ships. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email contact@myvzn.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Not sure about sizing? Because everything is made to order we cannot offer size exchanges, so check the Size Guide first — or just ask us before you order.

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, production has already started and we cannot guarantee changes.
