MYVZN is a trade name of MYVSN ENTERPRISES LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Every MYVZN item is made to order after you purchase. Nothing sits in a warehouse. This keeps quality high and waste low, and it means delivery takes longer than a store shipping from existing stock. Here is exactly what to expect.

Order processing

Allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. During product drops or periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if that happens.

Estimated delivery times

United States: 3–7 business days after production — roughly 5–12 business days in total
International: 7–15 business days after production — roughly 9–20 business days in total

These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary with your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can also track your order from your MYVZN account dashboard.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. MYVZN is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email contact@myvzn.store within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if production has not started.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or delayed in transit, contact the shipping carrier first, as they hold the tracking detail. If that does not resolve it, email contact@myvzn.store and we will help you pursue it.

Customs and international duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
